Even TDP MLAs Shocked by ‘YCP Flavor’?

The violent event that occurred in the Chittoor district of Angallu was one among the numerous instances of retaliation that the former YSRC administration filed against the opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu. Due to the seriousness of the case, Naidu was forced to ask the High Court for anticipatory bail, and a number of TDP leaders were taken into custody.

TDP leaders were enraged with Annamayya SP Gangadhar at the time, accusing him of fabricating evidence against Chandrababu and TDP leaders in connection with a public disturbance case. Many anticipated that once the TDP+ took office, Gangadhar would suffer the consequences.
However, in a surprising turn of events, instead of being demoted or reassigned, Gangadhar has now been posted as Krishna SP. This decision has shocked even TDP MLAs, and some have discussed the matter in the AP assembly lobby.

An SP accused of filing a controversial case against Chandrababu and allegedly working under YCP’s directions being appointed as Krishna SP has not sat well with TDP leaders and public representatives.

Additionally, Gudivada MLA Veligandla Ramu recently claimed that Gangadhar is close to Kodali Nani. It is reported that Gangadhar consoled Nani’s PA Lakshmoji, who was recently attacked, and took special interest in the case.

Many were astonished to learn that IPS officer Gangadhar had been appointed SP of the important Krishna district, given the strong opposition he faced from the TDP.
